Job Description

As a Full Stack Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer care by sharing accurate and convenient information to clients according to straightforward FAQ-based inquiries
  • Utilizing choice support tools to determine issues and resolve them efficiently
  • Carrying out suitable goals and providing data to clients while adhering to quality standards
  • Recognizing and escalating high-impact issues as needed
  • Conforming to arenaflex's organization approaches, methods, and norms of morals and uprightness by carrying out related activity plans and applying the Entryway Strategy
  • Completing work tasks and needs by utilizing strategies, information, and assets, teaming up with supervisors, associates, clients, and other colleagues, and adjusting to and gaining from change, troubles, and input

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers
  • Utilize support tools and resources to determine and resolve issues
  • Escalate high-impact issues to senior support representatives or management as needed
  • Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with arenaflex's products, services, and policies to provide informed support

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer support experience in a retail or e-commerce environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

* 2+ years of customer support experience in a retail or e-commerce environment

  • Experience with support tools and software, such as CRM systems and ticketing software
  • Knowledge of arenaflex's policies and procedures
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Experience with social media and online platforms
