Key Responsibilities and Job Elements

As an Area Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Supporting, mentoring, and motivating your hourly workforce to achieve exceptional performance and customer satisfaction
• Managing safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises to ensure seamless operations
• Collaborating with support teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources, to develop plans that meet business objectives
• Lifting up to 49 pounds and frequently pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching to perform tasks
• Standing or walking for up to 12 hours during shifts in a fast-paced environment
• Working in an environment with varying noise levels and temperatures
• Continuously climbing and descending stairs (for sites with stairs)

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in a customer-facing or operational environment
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with varying noise levels and temperatures
• Physical stamina to lift up to 49 pounds and perform tasks that require standing, walking, and climbing stairs

Preferred Qualifications
