Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives
  • Following up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved
  • Using available resources to research and provide accurate information to customers
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues to appropriate departments
  • Meeting daily and weekly performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, response times, and issue resolution times
  • Providing feedback to management on customer concerns and trends to help us continually improve our products and services

Essential Qualifications

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to assess customer needs and provide creative solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in using various software applications, including chat software, email clients, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central is a plus

* Experience in customer service or a related field, with a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations

  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, including Amazon Seller Central
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in using various software applications and tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication
