As a Live Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, your primary role will be responding to live chat messages from customers on various business platforms, including websites and social media. Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Sharing sales links and offering valuable discounts to customers
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless customer support

No Fixed Term Contract

Rate

$35 per hour

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

  • Access to a device (phone, tablet, or laptop) capable of handling social media and website chat functions
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in closely following provided instructions
  • Availability of at least 5 hours per week
  • Reliable internet connection

Weekly Hours
