Job Summary

As a Customer Care Associate at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all clients and customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. This part-time Associate Level position requires excellent communication skills, a passion for assisting others, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Conduct research to answer customer questions and provide relevant information

Requirements

* 4 years of customer service experience in a similar role
