What You'll Be Doing:
- Meet with homeowners to assess comfort needs and provide customized HVAC system solutions
- Design and present system replacement options, upgrades, and indoor air quality (IAQ) products (air purifiers, humidifiers, dehumidifiers, etc.)
- Educate customers on system performance, efficiency, and long-term value
- Build trust through exceptional customer service and professional communication
- Prepare accurate estimates and proposals using company tools
- Close sales and guide customers through the installation process
- Collaborate with install and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain detailed records of appointments, proposals, and sales activity using mobile tools/software

- 1–2 years of HVAC, in-home sales, or related experience preferred
- Strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills
- Sales-driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to build rapport and close sales in a residential setting
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
