Job Overview

This exciting opportunity is part of the Information Technology Division, where you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, technology groups, and development teams to design solutions and architect systems based on functional plans. As a Remote IT Specialist, you will be responsible for creating technical design documents, system reference guides, process flows, training materials, and workflow processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop practical design reports, system reference guides, process charts, training materials, and workflow processes
• Design and implement functional solutions for Finance systems, as requested by stakeholders
• Define workaround processes and corrective actions
• Resolve complex issues that arise with system operations
• Maintain reporting metrics and process documentation to ensure consistent and accurate issue resolution and SLA achievement
• Stay up-to-date with systems technology best practices and evolving technologies to maintain domain expertise and make recommendations for improvements or changes

Some travel may be required for this role.

Requirements for Success

To excel in this position, you will need:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology with a Finance or Accounting emphasis or related field, or equivalent experience/training
• 3 years of experience in SAP Finance

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in SAP Finance
• SAP Design certification
• Expertise in finance processes, finance teams, off-cycle payments, third-party settlement, benefits, garnishments, and process models
• Experience with SAP Finance functional application knowledge
• Experience with US Tax models
• Proficiency in PCRs and Pattern
• Enhancement Pack experience for ECC 6.0 Enh7/Netweaver and Java, Javascript, SML, Idoc, Business Connector, and SDLC
