Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Making outgoing calls, emails, texts, and chats to clients to explain and update benefit options
- Maintaining accurate records and policy details to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Providing excellent service with a friendly attitude, resolving issues promptly, and exceeding customer satisfaction expectations
- Collaborating with a virtual team to hit daily goals and achieve team objectives

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike

- Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must be willing to get licensed in Life and Health Insurance

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
