Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our 100% remote team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving issues, and exceeding customer satisfaction expectations. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Making outgoing calls, emails, texts, and chats to clients to explain and update benefit options
  • Maintaining accurate records and policy details to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Providing excellent service with a friendly attitude, resolving issues promptly, and exceeding customer satisfaction expectations
  • Collaborating with a virtual team to hit daily goals and achieve team objectives
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike
  • Reliable, organized, and motivated to succeed in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Zoom, email, and online tools
  • Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must be willing to get licensed in Life and Health Insurance
  • Ability to work in a virtual environment, with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
  • Knowledge of Life and Health Insurance products and services
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer-facing tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively
  • Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork
