Position Overview

As an Experienced Customer Happiness Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, resolving their inquiries and issues in a timely and effective manner. You will utilize your computer skills and work collaboratively with team members to deliver top-notch service, all while maintaining accurate records of client interactions. Your ability to work independently with minimal supervision, combined with your strong communication and interpersonal skills, will enable you to build positive relationships with clients and exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities
