Job Summary

As a Customer Service & Technical Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the success of our customers. You'll serve as a key point of contact between our customers and our internal teams, managing orders, troubleshooting issues, and providing exceptional support from first contact to final delivery. Key Responsibilities

* Manage customer orders, troubleshoot issues, and provide post-sale service to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Collaborate with Sales, Estimating, Engineering, and Production teams to resolve customer inquiries and issues
  • Analyze and verify technical product specs and order details to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Create and maintain spreadsheets, databases, and reports to track customer information and project progress
  • Troubleshoot issues related to orders, shipping, or item setup, and provide timely resolutions to customers
  • Manage customer accounts and projects in our ERP system, ensuring seamless communication and data management
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders to drive growth and success

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer service, account coordination, or a related field

  • Strong technical skills, including:

+ Excel and data entry + Working knowledge of ERP or CRM systems + Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stay calm under pressure
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
  • Experience in manufacturing, displays, or retail support is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or communications

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and data analysis tools
  • Knowledge of retail displays, manufacturing processes, and customer service best practices
  • Certification in customer service, sales, or a related field
