What You'll Bring:

As a Customer Engagement Senior Analyst, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction. We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and has a proven track record of success in the financial services industry.

Impact You'll Make:

As a Customer Engagement Senior Analyst, you'll contribute to the full system lifecycle, from customer and sales engagement to requirements gathering and criteria analysis. You'll work closely with our technical team to develop end-to-end processing solutions that meet the needs of our internal and external customers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Analyzing customer business requirements and developing solutions that meet their needs
  • Validating batch and online system setup and output, based on customer requirements
  • Communicating directly with customers to audit results and ensure satisfaction
  • Analyzing and interpreting how industry changes will affect program execution, fulfillment, and solution delivery
  • Collaborating with technical counterparts to develop and implement solutions
  • Explaining technical concepts in layman's terms to non-technical audiences

What You'll Bring:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree and relevant work experience, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Internal and external customer-facing experience
  • Ability to translate technical and functional requirements and collaborate with technical counterparts
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to act decisively in fast-paced, frequently changing environments
  • High experience of proven ability to work independently, manage simultaneous assignments, and effectively prioritize workload with competing priorities
  • Familiarity working with data

  • Experience in the credit reporting, financial services, or direct marketing industry
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • ETL/API knowledge
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Well-organized and able to capture data accurately
