Our studies cover a wide range of topics, including child-related issues, cell phones, entertainment, food, sports, electronics, pets, and automobiles. By joining our team, you'll be able to share your opinions and experiences with our clients, helping them to develop innovative products and services that meet the needs of their customers.
Responsibilities:
As a customer service representative agent, your responsibilities will include:
- Showing up at least 10 minutes prior to discussion start time
- Participating by completing written and oral instructions
- Completing written surveys provided for each panel
- MUST actually use products and/or services, if provided, and be ready to discuss PRIOR to meeting date
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
- Must have either a smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on your desktop/laptop
- Must have access to a reliable internet connection
- Desire to fully participate in one or several of the above topics
- Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
- Customer service representative agent experience is not necessary
