TP and You

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be at the forefront of our customer-facing operations, working closely with our team to deliver exceptional service and support to our clients. You'll have the opportunity to interact with people from all walks of life, and no two days will be the same. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, your main responsibility will be to find innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns
  • Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues
  • Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
  • Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments
  • Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Providing feedback on call issues
  • Upselling if required

Qualifications

We're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. Some of the qualifications we're looking for include:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • IT/Network certifications/degrees preferred
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Proven call center experience
  • Typing 25 WPM
  • Proficient in PC operation and navigation
  • Entry-level network troubleshooting
  • Ability to set up home Wi-Fi network
  • Ability to set up and configure a router or switch
  • Core proficiency with a laptop or desktop computer
  • Able to work independently
  • Excellent communications skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment
  • Ability to stay composed and objective
  • Strong listening skills
