Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Call Center Representative to join our team in a remote data entry work at home opportunity. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our patients and customers, handling high-volume calls, and performing data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency. Work Outline:
As a Call Center Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Performing information section and patient enrollment tasks, adhering to state and government guidelines
- Answering high-volume customer calls, working under direct supervision, and observing guideline working methods
- Utilizing arenaflex's pharmacy systems to gather patient and medication data, performing tasks as per organizational strategies and methodology
- Handling patient medicine demands within HIPAA guidelines, entering top-off orders for handling, and investigating missing pharmacy data
- Settling all data entry-related special cases, handling correspondence to patients, and resolving outbound decisions to prescribers and patients
- Providing support to pharmacists, both in-office and remotely, recognizing and conveying issues to senior-level staff as needed
- Acquiring a dynamic specialist permit or accreditation within the initial 90 days and maintaining a functioning expert permit or certification
Work Liabilities:
* Utilizing arenaflex's solution information section strategies and rules processes new understanding enrollment by entering information into the proper framework
- Handles patient medicine demands inside HIPAA rules and enters top-off orders for handling
- Investigates to get missing solution data, and decipher clinical shortened forms (SIG codes)
- Settle all information section-related special cases
- Handles correspondence to patients (inbound calls, visits, messages) and settles outbound decisions to prescribers and patients depending on the situation
- Settle Outsider Oddballs by inspecting, gathering data, making adjustments, and resubmitting for handling as indicated by individual arrangement necessities
- Settles on phone decisions to guarantors and others to acquire data, gain supersede endorsement, or in any case settle the Outsider Oddballs
Essential Capabilities:
* High school certificate or GED
