Key Responsibilities

As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, and virtual meetings, ensuring that clients feel valued and informed about their insurance benefit options.
  • Helping clients understand their insurance benefit options, coverage, plans, and policies, and supporting them in making informed decisions about their benefit needs.
  • Scheduling and conducting virtual consultations with new and existing customers, building strong relationships and trust.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our products and services, staying ahead of industry trends and regulatory changes.

Required Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • No prior experience in insurance or customer service required – we're looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals who are eager to learn and grow.
  • A High School Diploma or GED (college students and recent grads welcome).
  • Strong communication skills – written and verbal – with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Comfortable working remotely with basic tech knowledge (Zoom, email, etc.).
  • Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
