Key Responsibilities
As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, and virtual meetings, ensuring that clients feel valued and informed about their insurance benefit options.
- Helping clients understand their insurance benefit options, coverage, plans, and policies, and supporting them in making informed decisions about their benefit needs.

Required Qualifications
