Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for:
  • Providing top-notch support to arenaflex customers via phone, email, or chat, addressing their questions and concerns about our tax return software and products.
  • Assisting customers with basic navigation, downloading, logging in, importing documents, printing, and filing, as well as answering very basic tax questions.
  • Building strong relationships with customers, empathizing with their needs, and driving innovation to provide exceptional service.
  • Collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Marketplace Performance Specialists (MPS) to ensure seamless support and advocacy.
  • Participating in ongoing training and certification programs to enhance your knowledge and skills, including becoming a TurboTax Product Expert.
