As a Virtual Teller/Customer Care Agent, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service support for banking services and teller transactions, while maintaining the confidentiality of our records and customer transactions.

Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Teller/Customer Care Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional service support for banking services and teller transactions
  • Resolving customer requests through proficient use of our system tools
  • Delivering an exceptional customer experience during interactions
  • Adhering to regulatory scripting and customer protocol, as prescribed
  • Seeking and capturing opportunities to differentiate the customer's experience by identifying banking suitable for the customer's current or future needs
  • Maintaining confidentiality and security of customer information according to regulatory and company guidelines and policies

Minimum Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School diploma
  • A minimum of one year experience in a teller/customer service role (in a financial institution)
  • Previous teller experience is preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • Excellent communication (verbal, written, and listening) skills
  • Proficient computer/keyboard skills
