We're now seeking an experienced Customer Success Project Manager to join our team in the USA. Job Summary:

As a Customer Success Project Manager, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end management of client license portfolios, including the successful implementation and release of arenaflex's Business License Services for enterprise customers. You'll be the main contact for the customer and internal partners, coordinating, organizing, and directing the onboarding process. This role requires a combination of project management skills, customer service fundamentals, data capabilities, knowledge of corporate governance, and the ability to maintain complex spreadsheets using MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the post-sales customer lifecycle, ensuring ongoing assistance, customer renewals, product improvements, up- and cross-selling to maintain customer loyalty and satisfaction.

  • Participate in a smooth customer onboarding process, ensuring an easy introduction for the customer from the outset.
  • Understand main goals and build knowledge of the company, processes, and customers.
  • Under a moderate level of guidance, responsible for solving moderately complex problems following established procedures.
  • Manage the completion of work by other team members/teams, handling risk and issue management, planning/resource scheduling, and scope management (balancing time, budget/customer spend, and quality).
  • Communicate with partner representatives, government agencies, colleagues, and clients to ensure seamless collaboration and customer satisfaction.

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in liberal arts, Business, Management, or related discipline; OR, if no degree, 3 years of consultative customer service or account management experience, or equivalent.

  • 3 years + of consultative customer service, or working in the licensing field, or project management experience (or equivalent).
  • This role is fully remote and requires legal authorization to work in the USA.

Preferred Qualifications:

* 5 years + of consultative customer service or account management experience, including: + Demonstrated experience of arenaflex business practices, processes, products, and services. + Demonstrated knowledge of process and project management standards. + Ability to communicate with partner representatives, government agencies, colleagues, and clients.

Skills and Competencies:

* Strong project management skills, including risk and issue management, planning/resource scheduling, and scope management.

  • Excellent customer service fundamentals, including communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
  • Data capabilities, including the ability to maintain complex spreadsheets using MS Excel.
  • Knowledge of corporate governance and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.

Compensation and Perks:

arenaflex offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including:

  • Salary range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year.
  • Bonus structure: 10% - 20% of annual salary.
  • Benefits package: medical, dental, and vision plans, 401(k), FSA/HSA, commuter benefits, tuition assistance, vacation and sick time, and paid parental leave.
