What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

Who You Are
We're looking for individuals who are:

- High school diploma or equivalent (college students and graduates welcome)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable using technology platforms such as Zoom, email, and CRM tools to facilitate communication and service delivery
- 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Possessing a professional attitude, time management, and organizational skills to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
