Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting customers in navigating various healthcare processes
  • Identifying and resolving customer issues effectively and efficiently
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of complex problems
  • Communicating with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
  • Clearly and concisely conveying information to customers, ensuring a positive interaction
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
  • Updating customer information in the database
