Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling customer inquiries, concerns, and requests with professionalism and efficiency
  • Providing accurate information regarding flight schedules, reservations, and other related services
  • Assisting customers in resolving issues and escalating complex matters to the appropriate channels
  • Maintaining a positive and customer-focused attitude in all interactions
  • Utilizing customer service software efficiently to navigate and resolve customer issues
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex services and policies

Essential Qualifications

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to navigate and utilize customer service software efficiently
  • Familiarity with arenaflex services and policies is a plus
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment

  • Knowledge of airline industry services and policies
  • Proficiency in multiple languages (English, Spanish, and/or other languages)
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
