As a Customer Service Representative – Social Media Support, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through live chat on their website or social media accounts. Your primary duties will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Providing product information, answering questions, and offering solutions to customers
- Utilizing provided steps and instructions to resolve customer issues
