Key Responsibilities
As an Overnight Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our stores run smoothly and efficiently during overnight hours. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Greeting customers, running the register, and cashing out purchases
* Making purchase suggestions and working with our food program to enhance the customer experience
* Maintaining store appearance and providing fast and friendly service to customers
* Interacting with customers daily, working with a fun and energetic team to accomplish daily tasks
* Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance
* Collaborating with colleagues to achieve daily goals and drive business success

Physical Requirements
As an Overnight Customer Service Representative, you'll need to be able to:
* Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours

* Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
* Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
* Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
* Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination
