Overview
As a Part-Time Customer Service Lead at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in leading our day-to-day customer service initiatives, ensuring that every customer leaves our store with a smile on their face and a positive impression of our brand. You'll work closely with our Assistant Store Manager and Customer Service Supervisor to drive improvement in friendliness, speed of checkout, and customer feedback surveys. Your primary goal will be to create a customer-first focus, delivering a consistently great experience to all our customers with a high level of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Customer Service Lead, you'll be responsible for:
- Modeling arenaflex's core values, philosophy, and back-of-house standards, and executing strategies to drive improvement in customer service.
- Driving improvement in friendliness, speed of checkout, and customer feedback surveys by maintaining a customer-first focus and delivering a consistently great experience to all our customers.
- Maintaining a neat and orderly front-end area, troubleshooting issues with registers and transactions.
- Coordinating meal and break periods and monitoring schedule adherence.
- Collaborating with the receiving team to ensure seamless execution of customer service initiatives.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to be able to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required. You'll also need to be physically able to lift and move boxes weighing 40 lbs. or more, as well as stand and walk for extended periods of time.
