Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Representative I, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information on arenaflex services and products
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolving issues
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance customer care skills

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of college-level business or finance classes is preferred
  • Two years of experience in a customer service environment, preferably in the water/wastewater industry or other utility
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
