The Role

As a Customer Support Associate (Mandarin), you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional support and service. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Communicating with suppliers in Mandarin to gather compliance information and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Providing a positive experience for clients by responding to their inquiries and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met and exceeded
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and clients to build trust and loyalty
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to clients

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Great verbal and written communication skills, primarily in English, with proficiency in Mandarin (verbal and written) being mandatory for this role
  • A plus for proficiency in Japanese or Korean language
  • Bachelor's Degree/Higher diploma from a recognized learning institution
  • 1 year's related work experience would be considered an asset (e.g., administration, call centre representative, hospitality)
  • Computer proficiency using MS Office Suite and Google Applications
