Job Summary

As a Senior Manager/Manager of Business Analytics & Planning (Customer Experience), you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction through data-driven decision making. You will lead a team of analysts to enhance analytical capabilities, design processes, metrics, and dashboards to drive business performance, and collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business performance and derive insights.

Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business performance, derive insights, and improve customer experience

  • Design processes, metrics, and dashboards to drive data-driven decision making
  • Lead a team of analysts to enhance analytical capabilities and mentor them to improve their skills
  • Develop and implement business analytics and planning strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders and senior leadership
  • Develop and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective prioritization
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analytics and planning

Requirements

* Bachelor's Degree in quantitative analysis, statistics, business administration, or related disciplines

  • Minimum 5 years of strategy consulting, business intelligence/analytics, category/brand management, product management, sales operations/operations, or market/user research experience
  • Robust analytical abilities, capable of offering valuable insights and directing stakeholders on the correct methods for evaluating data
  • Experience in cross-functional stakeholder management with effective priority management
  • Experience in programming or analytic tools such as SQL, VBA, or Python
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Google Analytics, or Power BI
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects

Essential Qualifications

* Proven track record of driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction through data-driven decision making

  • Experience in leading a team of analysts and mentoring them to enhance their analytical capabilities
  • Strong understanding of business analytics and planning principles and practices

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's Degree in business analytics, statistics, or related disciplines

  • Certification in business analytics or data science (e.g. Certified Business Analyst (CBA), Certified Data Scientist (CDS))
  • Experience in working with cloud-based data platforms (e.g. AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)
  • Familiarity with machine learning and artificial intelligence techniques
  • Experience in working with agile methodologies and scrum frameworks
