Job Summary

As a Customer Supply Chain Partner at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for acting as the primary supply chain contact for our retail customers, leading performance reviews, and managing business change communications. You'll work closely with our internal stakeholders to ensure seamless supply chain operations, drive business growth, and maintain strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Act as the primary supply chain contact for MMI retail customers, providing exceptional customer service and support

  • Lead performance reviews with customers to identify areas for improvement and drive business growth
  • Manage business change communications with customers, ensuring a smooth transition to new processes and systems
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, and distribution
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement in supply chain operations
  • Develop and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and cost savings
  • Provide training and support to customers on new processes and systems
  • Travel to customer sites and arenaflex locations to meet with customers and stakeholders

Requirements

* Experience in FMCG, customer service, or account management, preferably in a similar role

  • Strong Excel skills, with the ability to analyze data and create reports
  • Excellent communication and influencing abilities, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Understanding of internal and external supply chains for retail product delivery
  • Experience with SAP, AS400, or COGNOS is desirable, but not essential
  • Numerate, problem-solver, resilient, proactive, and able to manage priorities under pressure
  • Willingness to travel for site and customer visits
