Job Summary

As a Customer Success Specialist with Polish language skills, you'll play a critical role in ensuring customer success with LinkedIn Hiring, maintaining product knowledge, and analyzing data to identify growth opportunities. You'll work closely with our clients, internal departments, and cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results and drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities

* Ensure customer success with LinkedIn Hiring, including onboarding, training, and ongoing support

  • Maintain product knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
  • Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and develop strategies to drive revenue
  • Collaborate with internal departments and cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including regular communication and feedback
  • Identify and escalate customer issues, working closely with internal teams to resolve them
  • Provide training and support to clients on LinkedIn Hiring best practices and product features
  • Develop and implement customer success plans to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements

* Fluency in Polish and English (written and spoken)

  • Experience analyzing data, trends, and client information to identify growth opportunities
  • Expert knowledge of MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, organizational, and project management skills
  • Ability to interact comfortably with both clients and internal departments
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving customer satisfaction
