Job Summary
As a Customer Service Teammate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for helping our customers care for their cars, explaining our car wash options and requirements, preparing and loading their cars in our car washes, and assisting customers with self-cleaning options. You'll also be responsible for maintaining our car washes and sites to ensure we're providing a superior, clean car wash experience for all our customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Positively and energetically engage and communicate with customers
- Quickly understand, retain, and follow directions and procedures—especially safety
- Continuously stand, move, and smile for long periods of time
- Explain our car wash options and requirements to customers
- Prepare and load customers' cars in our car washes
- Assist customers with self-cleaning options
- Maintain our car washes and sites to ensure a superior, clean car wash experience for all our customers
Essential Qualifications
* Be at least 16 years old
- Verify you can work in the US
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous customer service experience
- Knowledge of car wash operations and procedures
- Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and credit transactions

Compensation and Benefits
Teammates in this role typically earn a base pay of $15.50 – $17.00 per hour. Also, Teammates average an additional $2/hour in commission from membership sales. Commissions are uncapped, and our top performers regularly exceed $2/hour in additional earnings. Offer will depend on location and level of knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience.
