Job Summary
As an Experienced Seafood Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing incredible service to our customers, keeping our shelves stocked with fresh products, taking orders, packaging product, and helping customers locate what they need. You will also be responsible for unloading daily deliveries and stocking cases, displays, and backroom coolers with new and existing products/inventory.
Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the seafood department
- Keep our shelves stocked with fresh products, including seafood items
- Take orders, package product, and help customers locate what they need
- Unload daily deliveries and stock cases, displays, and backroom coolers with new and existing products/inventory
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide a seamless shopping experience for our customers
Requirements
* 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience in a retail environment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in a seafood department or similar environment
- Knowledge of seafood products and preparation methods
- Ability to speak multiple languages
- Previous experience with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
