Join Our Dynamic Team

As a Customer Care Agent for the Greek and Cypriot market, you'll take charge of communication with both our end users and partners, ensuring an unparalleled customer experience. You'll showcase your exceptional verbal and written communication skills across all channels – live chat, incoming calls, and email. Key Responsibilities:

* Provide top-notch customer support through various communication channels, including live chat, phone, and email

• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company updates to provide informed support
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple conversations simultaneously

Essential Qualifications:

* Fluency in Greek and English is a must

• Strong understanding of customer expectations with a focus on quality-driven support
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on finding creative solutions
• Experience in customer service or a related field is a plus
• Bachelor's degree is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

* Prior experience in a call center or customer-facing role

• Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Experience with social media and online platforms
