Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service/Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for meeting with individuals who have signed up to receive supplemental benefits from arenaflex. Your role will involve consulting with families, explaining available options, and assisting them in selecting the best plan to meet their needs. You'll be a key point of contact for our clients, providing attentive customer service, administrative support, and expert guidance to ensure they receive the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Reach out to individuals who have requested more information on the benefits we offer, and schedule Zoom meetings to discuss their needs and preferences

  • Customize new benefit plans and adjust existing plans to fit the current needs of each client, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience
  • Establish and maintain relationships with existing and new clients, building trust and loyalty through exceptional customer service
  • Perform benefit reviews for existing clients, as well as help with any necessary claims or adjustments, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions
  • Provide attentive customer service and administrative support in response to members' needs, addressing questions and concerns promptly and professionally
  • Ensure that all documentation is accurate and complete, and perform any necessary updates on schedule, maintaining the highest level of data integrity and compliance

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ambitious, motivated, and results-driven, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience using CRM software and other productivity tools
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with minimal supervision and a high level of autonomy

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in the insurance or benefits industry, with a deep understanding of supplemental benefits and their applications

  • Familiarity with Zoom or other video conferencing platforms, with the ability to conduct virtual meetings and presentations
  • Certification in customer service, sales, or a related field, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Sales Professional (CSP)
  • Experience working with diverse client populations, with a strong understanding of cultural sensitivity and awareness
  • Ability to speak multiple languages, with a strong proficiency in English and a willingness to learn additional languages

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

As a Remote Customer Service/Sales Representative, you'll enjoy a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Weekly performance-based pay and bonuses, on average, $65,000 to $68,500 first year
