Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Engaging with customers through live chat, responding to inquiries about bookings, schedules, and policies
  • Assisting users in troubleshooting issues with online reservations and flight changes
  • Providing fast, friendly, and professional assistance to resolve questions
  • Maintaining a high level of accuracy in data entry and support records
  • Coordinating with other departments when necessary to resolve complex issues
  • Following communication scripts and customer service protocols

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • A typing speed of at least 40 WPM
