Job Summary

As a Seasonal Chat Specialist I, you'll be responsible for providing world-class customer service to our online customers through live chat. You'll be the face of arenaflex, helping customers with their queries, resolving issues, and making their shopping experience with us a memorable one. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through live chat, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
