Key Responsibilities:

As a Billing and Technical Customer Service Advisor, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional billing support to customers, addressing their queries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Offering technical support to customers, troubleshooting and resolving their technical issues with ease and expertise
  • Maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Working independently with discipline and motivation to succeed in a virtual environment

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Be at least 18 years old and have a High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Have at least six months of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Possess strong computer knowledge, including the ability to accurately type at least 30 wpm and familiarity with iOS and/or macOS, or comparable technology
