Job Summary
We're seeking experienced customer service care representatives to join our remote team as data entry clerks. As a remote customer service care representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, handling customer inquiries, and performing data entry tasks. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to arenaflex clients via phone, email, or chat
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to senior representatives
- Perform data entry tasks, including typing, data processing, and record-keeping
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and data entry accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* 1+ year of experience in customer service, data entry, or a related field
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or other productivity software
- Strong typing skills (at least 40 wpm)
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in a call center or customer service environment
- Familiarity with CRM software and data entry systems
- Knowledge of industry-specific terminology and regulations
- Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Call Center Representative (CCCR)
