Your Role

As a Remote Chat Assistant, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers through live chat, providing information, guidance, and support to enhance their experience and satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with customers through live chat, answering their queries, and resolving any issues they may face
  • Providing information, sales links, and discounts to enhance customer experience and satisfaction
  • Guiding customers on products or services, and helping them navigate our website and social media platforms
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with our team to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional service

Position Details

* Rate: $35 per hour

  • Contract Length: Enjoy the flexibility of an open-ended contract
  • Work Hours: Flexible, ranging from 5 to 40 hours per week, based on your availability
  • Location: This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work online from anywhere, preferably within the United States

Requirements

* Access to a computer or mobile device with internet connectivity for using social media and website chat features

  • Ability to work autonomously, following instructions closely and maintaining availability for at least 5 hours weekly
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
