Key Responsibilities

* Respond to live chat inquiries quickly and professionally, utilizing scripted responses and company workflows to deliver consistent and professional support

  • Assist customers with password resets, billing updates, and subscription changes, ensuring seamless and efficient issue resolution
  • Follow company scripts and standard operating procedures to maintain high-quality support standards
  • Document conversations and escalate issues as necessary, ensuring that customer concerns are addressed promptly and effectively

Technical and Skills Requirements

During a typical shift, you might assist customers resetting passwords, applying discount codes, and updating billing information – all via live chat using company-approved templates.
