Job Overview

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues efficiently, and contributing to the growth and success of our dynamic team. You will work closely with our experienced team to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate and efficient service to customers, ensuring 100% satisfaction
  • Work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume atmosphere
  • Manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively, ensuring timely completion of tasks
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities and provide support
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to provide expert advice and guidance
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

Essential Qualifications:

* High School diploma or equivalent

  • 1-3 years of customer service and/or HVAC dispatcher experience
  • Intermediate knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures related to dispatching
  • Excellent grammar and writing skills
  • Great phone skills are required!
  • Light Sales experience a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Customer service skills
  • Physical ability to sit for long periods of time
  • HVAC office experience a plus but not required.
  • Knowledge of Service Titan and Quickbooks is a plus!

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or marketing)

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-volume customer service environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
