Key Responsibilities

As a Friendly Chat & Email Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via chat and email in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing clear and concise answers to simple questions, using pre-approved templates to ensure consistency and accuracy
  • Maintaining a positive and helpful tone in all interactions, even in challenging situations
  • Reporting any unusual or concerning issues to your supervisor or team lead
  • Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues and provide solutions that meet their needs

You're a Good Fit If:

* You have excellent written communication skills and can express yourself clearly and concisely

  • You're patient, empathetic, and able to remain calm under pressure
  • You can work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication
  • You're available to work at least 5 hours per week, with flexibility to adjust your schedule as needed
  • Bonus points if you have previous experience in customer support or a related field, but it's not required

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., communications, customer service) is a plus

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
