Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Virtual Call Center Operations, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting inbound and outbound customer service calls with customers, resolving issues, and providing sound solutions
  • Creatively problem-solving to address customer concerns and needs
  • Quickly assessing customer needs and providing high-level customer service
  • Documenting details of all calls and customer interactions
  • Managing multiple systems, programs, and screens simultaneously
  • Providing a high level of customer service, empathy, and patience with difficult callers

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Basic typing skills and computer literacy
  • Strong customer service and written skills
  • Comfortable empathizing and remaining patient with difficult callers

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will make you a strong candidate:

  • Experience handling inbound and outbound calls
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer-facing role
  • Familiarity with multiple systems, programs, and screens
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Work Environment and Company Culture

As an Independent Contractor, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere, at any time. Our virtual call center operations are designed to provide a seamless and efficient experience for our contractors and clients alike. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

As a self-employed 1099 Independent Contractor, you'll be responsible for your own tax obligations. However, you'll have the opportunity to earn a competitive income based on your performance and the number of calls you complete. Our programs have varying pay structures, but most programs pay for time spent talking on the phone and assisting callers. You may also receive performance-based pay or other incentives.

Application and Certification Process

To become an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll need to complete the following steps:

  • Complete an application to join arenaflex Nation, which includes passing a background/credit check
  • Pay a $45 processing fee directly to our vendor
  • Sign an Independent Contractor Agreement
  • Complete a W9 form
  • Opportunities that you choose may have additional requirements, including certification specific to a program

Program Metrics Requirements

Some programs may require Independent Contractors to provide services above posted minimum standards to maintain eligibility. These requirements will be clearly outlined in the program details.

Availability

As an Independent Contractor, you'll have the flexibility to choose your own schedule and work at times that suit you best. Our clients' call availability will vary and is subject to change, but generally, calls are available daily from 8am to 8pm EST. Several clients also offer 24/7 call availability.
