The Role

We're seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving issues, and providing timely support to our clients. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Answering incoming calls and responding to customer requests in a timely and professional manner
• Working in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing guidelines and priorities
• Booking appointments for clients with a high degree of data accuracy
• Maintaining excellent written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clear and concise communication with customers
• Identifying and escalating issues to supervisors, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction
• Informing clients about procedures, answering questions, and providing information in a friendly and respectful manner
• Maintaining and improving quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines
• Collaborating with the team to achieve goals and objectives
• Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of one year experience in an inbound/outbound call center or retail environment (preferably)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask, speaking on the phone, using the computer, and typing simultaneously
• Ability to type at least 25 words per minute (preferably)
• Experience in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining established quality requirements
• Ability to pass a background check
• Opportunity to work from home (subject to meeting certain criteria and completing a one-week in-office onboarding/training program)
