As a Customer Service Account Associate, you'll be responsible for:- Providing proactive and timely resolutions for customer inquiries and concerns

Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Basic proficiency with email, chat systems, online forms, and cloud-based tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams, etc.)
- Knowledge of Windows (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new software, apps, or communication platforms with minimal instruction
Preferred Qualifications:
While not required, the following qualifications will make you a strong candidate:- Previous customer service experience
- Knowledge of sales and marketing principles
- Experience with CRM software and data analysis
- Fluency in multiple languages
