The Role: Customer Service Representative – Cashier and Store Support Team Member

As a Customer Service Representative – Cashier and Store Support Team Member, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting the overall success of our store. Your responsibilities will include: * Providing world-class customer service to our customers * Cashiering duties, including operating a cash register and handling customer transactions * Providing support in various departments, including stocking, greeting, and promoting special events * Supporting company initiatives, such as our Nutrient to Know About program * Gaining product knowledge and sharing it with customers to help them make informed decisions about their health and wellness

Key Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills: * STRONG people skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members * Retail experience, preferably in a customer-facing role * Cashiering skills and experience with money handling * Ability to pass food safety training courses and/or certifications * Attention to detail and ability to manage changing priorities * Sense of urgency in completing tasks and meeting deadlines * Ability to take direction and follow through on tasks and responsibilities

Physical Capabilities and Environmental Demands

As a Customer Service Representative – Cashier and Store Support Team Member, you'll need to be able to: * Constantly lift or carry up to 10 lbs. * Frequently lift or carry 11-20 lbs. * Occasionally lift or carry 21-50 lbs. with a team lift * Frequently push or pull up to 15 lbs. * Occasionally push or pull 16-100 lbs. * Constantly walk, stand, use fine motor manipulations, grip, bend, twist, turn, and reach outward for the duration of the work shift * Frequently reach above chest * Occasionally sit, squat, kneel, and climb as needed You'll also need to be able to work in an environment that includes: * Frequent work with sharp tools and equipment, dust, fumes, and congested worksite * Occasional work with noise, cold, heat, wet, humid, outside, heights, and contact stress
