Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to live chat messages via our website and social media platforms in a timely and professional manner
  • Answering customer inquiries about products, orders, returns, and promotions in a clear and concise manner
  • Sharing links to FAQs, product bundles, and active discount codes to help customers find the information they need
  • Using our dashboard to track conversations and log completed support sessions
  • Escalating any account, billing, or system errors to our internal teams in a timely manner
  • Maintaining our brand tone, consistency, and responsiveness during every shift
