Experienced Visual Communication Specialist/ Customer Service Representative – Brand Ambassador & Sales Support

Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Visual Communication Specialist/ Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing expert advice on visual communication solutions, and working closely with our design and production teams to ensure seamless project execution. Key Responsibilities:

* Greet and welcome customers in person, via email, or over the phone, providing exceptional service and building strong relationships

• Listen attentively to customer needs and apply consultative sales techniques to define the best way to help them solve their visual communication challenges
• Process estimates, document order details, and follow up with customers to ensure timely delivery and satisfaction
• Interact with design and production teams to ensure accurate order processing and quality control
• Schedule installations, arrange deliveries, or notify customers that their orders are ready for pickup
• Process customer payments and follow up on delayed payments
• Collaborate with third-party vendors to source special products and materials
• Assist in the production area as needed, ensuring a smooth workflow and high-quality output
• Participate in sales conversations with customers, leveraging your knowledge of visual communication solutions to drive sales growth
• Proactively utilize your network, obtain referrals, and attract new clients through arenaflex's sales and marketing resources

Essential Qualifications:

* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage customers and colleagues alike

• Proficient computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite; Adobe suite experience a plus
• Comfortable engaging in sales conversations with customers, with a passion for driving sales growth
• Strong organizational and team collaborating skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Understanding of and experience in the arts and graphic industry preferred
• At least two years of experience in retail, inside sales, or equivalent experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as marketing, graphic design, or communications

• Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
• Knowledge of visual communication principles and practices
• Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
