Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:

- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages. - 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field, preferably in a remote or call center environment. - Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences, meeting or exceeding sales targets, and driving revenue growth. - Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:
