Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Greeting and engaging with customers to ensure their needs are met both quickly and courteously * Preparing food items such as our delicious breakfast items, built-to-order sandwiches, specialty beverages, and pizzas, as well as keeping our coffee station clean and organized * Operating the cash register, handling payments, activating fuel and gift cards, as well as assisting with lottery and ID verification for age-restricted products * Ensuring our stores are well-stocked and that our shelves remain fresh, full, and inviting * Helping keep our stores clean and safe by following all established policy, procedures, and guidelines * Completing store housekeeping duties including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, and more Benefits We're committed to offering inclusive, meaningful benefits and rewards that support our Associates financially, physically, and emotionally.
