As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, working closely with customers to resolve issues, provide solutions, and exceed their expectations.

What You'll Be Doing:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat, with a focus on empathy, professionalism, and positive outcomes
  • Handling a high volume of calls with confidence, efficiency, and a solutions-oriented approach
  • Working across multiple channels to solve problems, provide updates, and offer helpful responses
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Identifying opportunities to recommend additional services that benefit the customer
  • Collaborating with technicians and team members to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Continuously learning and developing expertise in our services to become a go-to resource for customers

What We're Looking For:

* 1+ year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in home services or tech (bonus points if you have ServiceTitan experience!)

  • Excellent communication and active listening skills
  • Strong organization, time management, and multitasking abilities
  • Friendly, adaptable, and calm under pressure
  • A team player who's excited about growth, innovation, and making a real impact
  • High school diploma or equivalent

$18-$22 USD per hour (commission-based compensation range)
